We’re made to hate our bodies, scorn the grays, melt those eight pounds away and then, then we can be happy someday.

To say no one can make me feel any kind of way, leaves me unaware. Of the minute and grand manners of cultures sway.

Your human misses your joy!

Now present acceptance.

We’re made to despise our minds, dull it out, meander and play away, they say it’s unproductive, then we can be happy someday.

To say no one can make me feel any kind of way leaves me unaware. Denial, even of the possibility someone can do so, is an unsafe foundation of my home.

Your mind misses your joy!

Now present self compassion.

We’re made to shun our spirit, give our divine to another parent — Earth or sky — only connection through representation, then we can be happy someday.

To say no one can make me feel any kind of way leaves me unaware. To those who will gatekeep my divinity to sell it back to me.

Your spirit misses your joy!

Present understanding.

This is your one miracle here, as you! Please be awareness on the many, many ways others will convince…
