The Universe, all Universes, always were and always are — an unverifiable belief of mine.
I do know that I don’t know.
I am the daughter of a Science teacher turned Astronomy Professor. Science, and the importance of the power of knowledge, courses through my curious views. Frequently being told “Knowledge is Power. Science is what is life.”
I know of the Big Bang, quantum entanglement, how stars are formed, electrons swirl, yet my soul says there is so much more. It’s just a feeling of — there is no bang into existence, because existence always is.
I do know that I don’t know.
Now these are all just thoughts from one carbon being of matter. And this electrified noodle will return to this great Earth again one day far far far into the future as tomorrow’s food. But I ask myself —
What matters to this matter now?
I know that there’s so much I don’t know.
I now know it’s imperative to say, “I don’t know,” and “I’m wrong.”
I know that understanding where someone is coming from is far more important than being right.
I know my relationships are far more important than any ego.
